Hello! I had the family package however I have signed out by mistake and now that I enter again my email and password (which i have already reset too many times) it appears that I have access only to the free account! I dont mind creating a new account but how to I cancel the monthly subscription fee to the family package without access to that account???

Hi there!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.
