Form of Payment issue



So I recently moved countries and I'm trying to change my form of payment to my new card. When attemp to do so it rejects my new card beacuse it doesn't belong to the country listed in my account's configurations, so I go to settings to change that but it won't let me. Also, the support page ( details I can change my location when I change my card but the subcription update page does not have that option even after I input my new card. What can I do differently? Can someone from support team help me?

Try updating your country setting following those steps using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.


If not, try cancelling your subscription and waiting for your account to revert to Free. Once that happens, you shouldn't have any trouble updating your country setting and resubscribing to Premium.
