I signed up for Spotify with Vodafone but it's only given me the free account with ads etc when it should be premium. Is this a Spotify or Vodafone issue? I used to have premium and cancelled it, can I use this account again but not be charged? Thanks!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
