My Question or Issue
WHEN I RECIEVED MY GOOGLE HOME MINI PROMO CODE AND I BOUGHT THE DEVICE, DUE TO INVALID POSTAL CODE BY MISTAKE THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERY SINGLE DAY BUT CANNOT REDEEM THE DEVICE.
IT GIVES ME THAT"PROMO CODE WOULD BE APPLIED ON CHECKOUT"BUT WHEN I CHECK OUT, PROMO CODE IS NOT APPLIED.
THE ORIGINAL PROCE IS CHARGED AND I HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER
PLEASE HELP.
I have the same issue also reached out to spotify 2 times and they said my issue was escalated bein almost if not more then a week and still no reply. This offer i thought was to make people go with spotify not get turned away from it.
I have the same problem, really poor customer service from Spotify. They don’t do anything to help me, they are just repeating it’s google fault when it’s their fault.
Yea they guranteed im not getting a new code and wehn i threatend to cancel they just sent me a link with the instructions to cancel great customer service.
They should really have a phone line to contact people through.
