Getting charged for two accounts

I've had a premium account for awhile at the $13 price, and my payment didn't go through last month so my premium got cancelled. I ended up making a new account with the student pricing. I just received an email telling me I got charged $13 for my first account I had (which I don't want anymore) but when I logged into that account it said I wasn't a premium subscriber? So now I'm being double charged and can't cancel my subscription. I don't know what to do.

For this, we'd recommend getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle.

 

We'll be able to cancel the subscription on the original account and move all your playlists, followers, and save music to your new account on the student discount. This should help avoid future confusion.
