i have a problem with my gift-card.

I want to use it, but it only says „code is not valid“

I have tried it a few times, but it doesn‘t work. 

I have the receipt and on there it says that the Gift Card is ready to be used.

Could you try redeeming your Gift Card here, using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please check these things:

• Make sure that the country the Gift Card was purchased is the same country registered on your account
• Make sure you're entering the letters correctly. For example, if you see 'L', please enter 'L' and not 'l'. This is the same case for numbers. If you see a 0, make sure to enter 0, not O.
