My wife and I tried singing up to the 3 months premium for 99p, she's managed to get hers, but with me, it first said that a free trial has already been used with my account, even though it's a new account. So I tried again and got told that payment had failed. I checked my bank and two payments have already come out

First, please check your Receipts page to see if you have been charged recently on Spotify. Once you've checked that - could you try processing your payment using a different browser or incognito mode?
