My Question or Issue

 

Hey, I recently made a new spotify account and with that also bought the offer of 3 months premium for €0,99. It got charged from my bank account (ING, IDEAL) but when I go to te app it’s still like I just have spotify free. I tried logging out and in again and it just keeps not working. What do I do?

Hi, I tried all of these steps already when looking for a solution on here. My payment went trough and everything, I did everything on that list but it still doesn’t work. I saw someone else’s post, she had the same problem but I can’t find her post anymore. But basically someone’s responce was that it was a common issue (I think in the Netherlands because that’s where she was also from) and that they were looking into it. But now her post doesn’t exist anymore so I don’t know the solution.
