HELP: Upgrade Premium Individual to Basic Duo

I am trying to Upgrade/Change my plan from Premium Individual to Basic Duo.  When I get to this link https://www.spotify.com/kr-en/account/subscription/change/ it only gives me the following plan options to select.  

Basic Individual

Premium Student

Premium Duo

Premium Family

Spotify Free

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

 

Note that you can only switch to a Basic plan of the same type that youโ€™re currently subscribed to (e.g. if you're subscribed to Premium Individual, you can only downgrade to Basic Individual; and if you're subscribed to Premium Duo, you can only downgrade to Basic Duo).

 

Because of this limitation, it's unfortunately expected that you're not eligible to change your plan to Basic Duo at this time.

HI Adam,

Thank you for your response.  Wow - as a long-time Spotify User I must say that is wildly disappointing.  I fancy myself a Spotify ambassador and my friends know my usual punchline is that it is "the only app/algo that really adds value to my life."  That said, I find this membership plan/structure to be frustratingly disingenuous.  I sincerely hope on of my fav brands reconsiders that trust and integrity that goes along with transparency in membership plans/structure when dealing with members.  I can really alienate the most loyal of us.
