HELP!!

i had an account with subscription of 3 months and i want to cancel it and i cant get to that account because i dont remember any of the logging information and cant cancel the subscription .. so is there any way i could cancel the spotify subscription with my credit card information (+i have tried to reset password but i cant get into that accounts email neither and i cant even reset the email neither) thanks!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

I would argue with the suggestion that @spotifycares is the fastest/easiest way to get your subscription cancelled (and maybe even some charges refunded). 
I recommend using the chat support feature. 

To get into the spotify chat follow these steps. 
Go to THIS LINK

Then you will be asked the details of your issue: 

 Click START CHAT

Look for this in the lower right cornerI hope this helps you resolve your issue as soon as possible and I hope you continue to use and enjoy spotify!
