My Question or Issue

Your "upgrades" to Spotify Family Premium Plan tell me I have to re-invite my existing members with a geo-locating link to confirm they live with me. I tried doing this and the links don't work or are expired. How do I fix this? Your twitter help is ignoring me. I'm about this close to canceling, and I am very frustrated.

I'm sorry to hear this.

Could you send them another invite using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, then please let me know what happens when they try to join the plan (a screenshot would be best helpful in this case).

Thanks for getting back to me Billy - I think my issue was that I misunderstood the new policies. I thought existing users on my premium account, (aka my kids), needed to be re-invited. Apparently, they don't. They're all able to use the service for now.
