Hi there people of the spotify world. Hopefully some kind sould can help.
We are on the premium account, my partner has recently changed her phone from Apple to Android & in doing so her number.
When we tried to log into her account, all her music is no longer there & it keeps asking her to upgrade to Premium.
Any ideas would be grreat.

It looks like your partner has more than one Spotify account.
Please ask him to follow this guide to finding any other accounts they might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps 🙂
