I don't use Spotify so much anymore so I hadn't noticed that you cannot buy songs any longer (apparantly this feature was removed end of 2012). But I did buy one or two back when it was possible and it appears I have not saved them to my computer so I wanted to download them again. Now I cannot find where in Spotify I do this, even though I go to the song there is no button for this. Also I don't remember all the songs it was. Please help!

Hey @heliumballong,
Thanks for reaching out.
A few years after discontinuation of that feature, it was possible to download the music from your account page.
Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to do this.
Hope this clears things up 🙂

Hey @heliumballong,
Thanks for your patience while this was being looked into.
Unfortunately, the songs can't be downloaded anymore and Spotify also doesn't have a list stored somewhere.
All users who've bought one or more tracks have been communicated to and were given a 6 month window to download songs and store them in a safe place.
And seeing that purchases have definitely been made over 14 days ago, a refund won't be possible as well.
I hope this clears things up. 🙂
Hey there @heliumballong,
Thanks for posting about this in the Community!
In this case, we'd recommend reaching to our support team who will be able to have a closer look regarding if you're eligible for a refund. You can find them here 🙂
Have a great day!
