How to I change payment method?

How to I change payment method?

My Spotify is UK. I had a UK card. Now I dont have that card. Online it says to update the new payment method with new card (NZ), yet you can not update it without updating the country, but I cant update the country without updating the payment method...circles but there must be a trick to this

If you're currently located in New Zealand and you're sure your new card has sufficient funds on it, we'd suggest trying again on a different device 24 hours after your last attempt.

 

If that doesn't work, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
