How to get my money back

How to get my money back

I don't have premium!! I never have!!! They just charged me for a whole year!!! I want my money!!! I didn't even get premium with them charging me!!! I'm ok with commercials I actually like them! Give me my **bleep**in money! Or else

Please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evalutaed on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
