Hulu Premium with Spotify not working

My Question or Issue

I updated my Paypal payment details for Spotify and then I can't log in to Hulu. When I try to reset my Hulu password, the email link to reset the password never arrives.  I log in to Spotify and it shows I have the Hulu with Premium subscription and that I have Hulu activated. What do I do to start watching Hulu with my bundled subscription again?
