Hulu Sign up

I'm on the premium plan. I get notifications and emails that I am eligible for free hulu. I go to sign up and get taken to my account page where there are no instructions for how to activate hulu. I am already signed up for premium, so why is this so difficult?  Shouldn't there be a 'sign up for spotify' button on my account? If anyone can help, that would be great.

I know! Every time I get taken to the Hulu site it asks me to choose the plan with or without commercals and wants to charge me. Have spent so much time trying to figure this out.
