Hulu With Spotify Not Working.

I have premium for students, and my Spotify works perfect but when I go to Hulu, it keeps trying to get me to sign up for a plan even though it’s included with Spotify for students. I have used my Hulu with Spotify before no problems. I don’t know why this is suddenly happening.
