Hulu and Showtime with Student Premium not allowing activation

My Question or Issue

I have had a Spotify Premium for Students for the last 3.5 years. A week or so ago I was randomly force logged out of my hulu and showtime accounts. When I try to go reactive Hulu and log in using the Spotify "My Services" tab, it takes me to the Hulu homepage offering a free trial or adding on hulu for $5.99. Same thing happens for Showtime. 

I haven't updated my payment information in months and I'm still verified as a student for 9 more months. Not sure why it's doing this, but I would love to be able to log back in to those whenever possible.

Can you try opening your account overview page in one of the following ways:

• in an incognito window
• in a different browser
• from a different device?

You should then be prompted to enter your Spotify account details. Then head to the My Services tab and click on "Activate Hulu".

If that doesn't work, do you mind following the instructions in this related thread and see if they help you resolve this issue?
