I CAN'T RENEW MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM USING GLOBE

i have been doing this for the past two months, using globe as my means of payment where i will load 140 because the regular spotify fee is 129 + the 15% vat, but as i am trying to renew my payment through mobile, it keeps saying:

"It appears that you're not eligible for this offer. You can still enjoy Premium for the great price below."

please help........

I have 150 load , spotify says the same thing, I also tried the icognito tap no luck . this is getting inconvenient
