I can't change my payment method to another Credit Card

I try to change my payment method for a long time (months), I go to this page:

https://www.spotify.com/mx/account/subscription/

 

I try with different cards: debit and credit also I try with different web browsers like Chromium, firefox, I work on Arch Linux

 

The messages is always the same:

https://www.spotify.com/us/payment/change/#__familyplan-pci-credit-card

Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

The interface looks different but the problem is the same, now the message is "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again."

I solved it like as always I'm a genius!

 

The solution was added via paypal.

 

I went to the Paypal option it redirect to the oficial website of payments paypal spotify then I logged in (if you don't have account, please create one it) and related my new debit card, then I clicked on the button Accept and continue which accept the spotify request the payment every month for $149 in my account.

Change payment

1. Go to https://www.spotify.com

2 Login into your account: https://accounts.spotify.com/en-US/login

3.1 In the left menu go to "Subscription": https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/

3.2 In this page "Subscription and payment" are your plan, in my case is "Premium for Family" with a resume and a "cancel or change" button DOES NOT click this button then is your payment information "Payment details" and below a "Update" button CLICK this.

4. In this page "Change payment details" (https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/update/) you are able to change your payment method.

The same thing is happening to me

It's so sad that the Spotify support doesn't communicate with us, I'll wait to the next payment because I cancelled my card and the payment won't do then I'll se if I'm able to change the card.

Today my account was suspended because I didn't my payment but I can't because I can't add another card, this situation is very disappointing Spotify.

 

Your subscription payment failed.You'll lose your subscription if we don't have a working payment method for your account, so please update your payment details.
We will retry your payment in a few days.
