I live in uae and I use an android device it's the Galaxy s8+ / and I want to upgrade or go with premium services but paying from the sim-card or in a better meaning the mobile payments and I can't find mobile payments

Yes ,I want to pay buy mobile payments and I can't find it / ( not the mobile provider ) I cant find the hole mobile payments botten
