My Question or Issue

I was premium in a facebook account, to close facebook I changed all my music to an old account I had. But I become premium, and my status is still free, I don't receive any email, I have not the option to try to send again the email (only to subscribe again) and the credit card consumed the spotify payment, so I have nothing to do :S

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • Check the status of your subscription
  • Check the status of your payment
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
