I have been a member of Spotify for several years. We pay $14.99 monthly for two subscriptions. The payments are withdrawn automatically from a debit card / checking account. Most recently, $14.99 was automatically deducted on 3/16 from this account.
Yesterday, 3/29, a completely different debit card / checking account --one that is in no way associated with Spotify-- was charged $119.88. Nothing on my account with Spotify mentions this charge.
It's impossible to contact Spotify to get clarity on how this card was charged $119.88, and how to get it resolved.
