My Question or Issue

Hello,

My issue is that I wanted to shift from Premium Individual to Premium Student, but none of my payment methods are working for some reason. There's no problem with money, because I have money in my accounts. I tried paying with my VISA easypaisa card, easypaisa account and Zong SIM. If anyone knows what the problem is or how to resolve it please tell me.

The main problem is that when I input my PIN codes that I recieve on my SMS, the boku payment page says that the PIN is incorrect even when it isn't, and my mobile reciever payment doesn't happen and my card can't be added.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

 

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Please make sure your payment method has sufficient funds, is registered in the same country as your Spotify account, and is not expired or canceled. It should also be enabled for secure online, recurring, and foreign transactions, which you can often set in your bank’s app.

 

You can also double-check that your bank has your updated details, as they may require extra security verification, like a code or fingerprint.

 

If that doesn’t do the trick, try entering your payment details again using a private/incognito browser window. You might also want to try using a different payment method, browser or device.
