Large double payment

Hello, 

i have spotify premium, and I was charged $30 and then a separate $10, so I was charged $40 total for my monthly payment. My bank account is now negative. I am only 16, my paychecks are hardly enough to make my necessary car payments and to bring my balance back up from the -$30 it’s at. I’d really like this fixed, I am not very pleased.
