I don't have any information on when Lossless Audio will be available in your region, however I'd recommend keeping an eye on this page for future developments as Spotify aims to better the user experience for users in all regions. I'd also recommend keeping an eye on newsroom.spotify.com for any updates related to the Lossless Audio feature and keep your Spotify app up to date as new features roll out in your app.

Well... I think we South Americans also pay for our Premium subscriptions like the rest of the world, but it often feels like our region is not a priority for Spotify.
