Hi, there was a disruption in my payments due to a lost debit card. Updated my bank details, paid my monthly fee through the apple store, and I’m still only on free. I’ve logged in and out but still not working. How do I get my premium back?
We'd recommend getting in touch with iTunes to make sure the subscription was renewed. If it was, but we didn't receive it. The best option is to get a refund and subscribe directly at spotify.com/premium
