Microsoft rewards code not working

I just got what I am pretty sure is the code from Microsoft rewards, I went to spotify's redemption page to enter it and.. invalid? I've looked at spotify's help pages and can't find anything helpful. Please help 🙂

Existem duas possibilidades, nesse caso. Ou o código realmente não está válido ou talvez, você não seja mais elegível para resgatar uma oferta. Normalmente essas ofertas são exclusivas para pessoas que nunca tiverem uma assinatura Premium antes, inclusive em contas registradas com outros emails.

Caso você acredite ser elegível, entre em contato com o suporte da Microsoft para confirmar com eles sobre a validade do código Premium disponibilizado por eles.

I got my new microsoft laptop with a microsoft reward for Spotify Premium for 3 months. However, I am a long time premium user but my Spotify email is not the same as my Microsoft account email. How could i claim the reward using same Premium spotify account? Thank yoU!

My Question or Issue
I got a redeem code via microsoft rewards which i am not able to redeem as spotify is saying 'Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service.' i have checked the code multiple times the region in which code was purchased and my account region are same.

just saying that you don't need the code just the link which you can get without Microsoft rewards. If you go and click explore premium you can do it without Microsoft rewards.https://www.spotify.com/au/premium/?ref=spotifycom_header_premium_individual
