Money not refunded

My Question or Issue

I chatted with someone on Spotify support team over half an hour ago about an accidental charge to my account they said they refunded my money but I never got it and the payment is not pending either

Keep in mind that when you get a refund, it can take 3-5 business days (sometimes up to 10 days depending on your bank) for the refund to appear on your account. If it takes longer than this, then I’d recommend getting in touch with your bank for further help.
