I am at holiday at the Greece for the last 32 days. And on Sunday, (2 days after today) I'll be back to Turkey. My 2-years duo plan is canceled because of I am a different country that my account is opened. And now I can not use any of app on desktop or mobile. When I try to use the apps, it says I need a premium account to listen spotify in over-seas country. As if they didn't close my premium account themselves... In short, I can not use Spotify now.
Isn't this ridiculous? What should I do, send Spotify my return flight ticket? Or do I need to ask Spotify my holiday-length before planning my trip?
Also, I realised there isn't any official help desk, official help email, phone number, nothing to ask what is going on.
Spotify just removed my family plan saying I'm not from the country where it was purchased. WOW! What a scam. When I told them I can provide proof that Im from India and it was purchased in India they closed the chat thinking now their scam gonna exposed??
I challenge Spotify. I will ruin their business through Cybercrime; you know how active our cyber branch is on taking FIRs, but it takes years to solve. You will stuck in India without business forever.

I have the same problem, I live in Romania, I am temporary working in Saudi Arabia and they have canceled my subscription. I've contacted support and they have just closed the chat without providing any useful information or explanation. This is just ridiculous
Got literally the same problem. I cannot buy premium and I cannot renew my plan.
I called one of my family member from Turkey, and he signed in instead of me, re-activate premium account and signed-out.
Now I can use all apps again without any issue.
But, com'on, was that really necessary!!!

Yep. I mean they canceled my premium account. But free account was still there.
You too? My duo was disconnected anonymously today. I was using it today too and suddenly my payment got unlinked and removed saying the region I used to register is not the right one.i tried talking to the customer service and they keep saying me to subscribe again. Now why should I pay twice just to use my unused premium

Mi pregunta o problema
Vivia en Argentina y tenia la suscripcion de Spotify por debito automatico en una cuenta de ese pais. Ahora hace poco estoy en España y me han pedido que cambie mi ubicacion y genere el alta a la suscripcion con una cuenta de aca.
El problema es que ayer me han debitado de mi cuenta argentina y hoy me han dado de baja la suscripcion que tenia, obligandome a darme de alta desde España. Me he comunicado por el chat con un asesor y no me da dado una respuesta acorde, de hecho me corto la comunicacion (la descargue en un pdf).
Mi punto es que busco una respuesta logica, si me cobran el servicio que me lo presten y si no me lo van a prestar que me devuelvan el dinero.
¿A alguien le paso?¿Que puedo hacer?

I was emailed telling me to update my country and payment method or my Premium would be cancelled. I did that and everything was working, I received the email welcoming me to Premium DUO (please note), sent out the invitation from the last sign-up page, and the card check fee from the card company.
The deadline came around, and I got an email from Spotify that my Premium was cancelled anyway. I thought this would be easy to resolve through chat, but I didn't realise that AI can't view or interpret the images you attach, so I don't know why you have that image attachment button tbh. The first bot gave me 1 month of Premium Individual and then left the chat. The 2nd couldn't understand the previous conversation or me explaining that I wanted Premium Duo and again pointed out that the screencaps showed that. The 3rd couldn't understand it either but closed the chat because 'I found that the agent who assisted you had already reinstated your Premium.' 💀 1.5 hours wasted before realising bots can't view images.
All I wanted was the Duo subscription I successfully signed up for. Now I have to set a reminder to change it myself in a month and the person who was going to share with me has to pay for individual for another month.
Spotify cancelled my subscription after they charged me, now they're saying they can't do a refund.
btw this is a family account, can I at least use the remaining time of the subscription since it's already been paid.

My Question or Issue
I've been using Spotify premium (Family plan) for quite sometime now.
This year I moved to Spain to study for a full year, I've been here for a couple of months now. I had a message from Spotify saying that since I was not in my home country, they wanted me to change my payment info. The problem is, they charged me for the full month, but they cancel my account.
I talked with support over the chat four times, but they can't refund me and they won't give me Premium. They want me to pay again the subscription, but I don't want to pay twice.
Are there any recommendations here? I already sent an email to **bleep**
Is there anything else I should be doing? I would prefer if they offer a solution instead of just keeping the money.
