Need Help Canceling Premium

Hi everyone, 

I only have this one Spotify account and my account overview says it’s spotify free. 

According to my bank records, I have Spotify premium. I entered every email I have into the password reset tool and this account was the only one found. I have no children so it could not be their account. 

I have ave never subscribed to premium or done a trial so I believe this may be fraud. I have contacted Spotify support but they are as unhelpful as ever. Anyone have any ideas?

We (the Community) don't have any access to the backstage area of your Spotify account, so I'd recommend reaching back out to Support as they're the only ones who are really able to look into this.
