Not Eligible for Premium Offer

Not Eligible for Premium Offer

Hi, I have received an offer to re-activate Premium for $9.99 for three months but when I click on the e-mail link and login to my account it says I am NOT eligible for the offer but I am unclear why. I have NOT deactivated Premium after April 15th 2019. 

Please advise.

Meanwhile I still haven't gotten a moderator response  >.>

I am now a spotify premium member after speaking to you and using my pc (I should have taken that step)

I am in your debt

I downloaded Spotify free then login to the free account 

And upgraded on a separate chrome website 

 

Thanks to all involved in helping me to manage to get this

@ImQuiteMoist, we've taken a look at your post and the issue is different than the one the other users here are experiencing. 

 

Here are several things to consider: 

 

  1. Check this Spotify answer for further info on how to get your Google Home Mini.
  2. Check also which email address is connected to your Spotify account.
  3. Make sure you look into your Spam folder, just in case it has landed there. 

If this doesn't help, we'd suggest creating a new thread specifically about this.

hi i need help with this i never had any prenium plan and i want the individual plan and it says: you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium.what should i do?

Thanks for the post.

 

I'd suggest trying to subscribe to Premium from an incognito browser window or from another device. This way you'll avoid any issues possibly caused by corrupted browser cache & cookies.

 

If the issue continues after that, can you let us know what country is set on your account and what Premium offer you're trying to activate?
