Actually managed to chase down an answer myself. I’m not eligible to upgrade directly from my student premium.

Could you share the steps you did when you tried to switch from Student to Duo before you saw the message (for example, did you see this page after clicking to switch plans from your Account Overview page?)?

Hello, I am getting the same error message when I click on "Get Started". After I click on it I see "It looks like you’re not eligible for that offer, but we found more for you." I have a premium membership with hulu right now and want to go the Duo. Please help.
I also have Spotify Premium with Hulu and it tells me I'm not eligible for Duo. Help!
