Hello,

 

today was supposed to be the renewal of my Premium Solo subscription, but I forgot to top-up the card that was put in the payment info. When I topped-up and wanted to get the same plan it said that I'm not eligible for Premium Solo, only Duo or Family. Please help.

Could you try this on a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t help, attach a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing — make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

This time when I logged in there was an option under Premium Solo to change my payment details. I did that and it accepted the payment so I guess that solves the issue.
