Not getting Premium features

My Question or Issue

I changed my mobile from Samsung to Xiaomi this week (remained Android) however since changing the mobile I  cannot play my playlists offline even though I am subscribed to Premium. When I am offline I get a pop up that I cannot play the playlists unless I am connected to the internet. Have tried logging out multiple times,rebooting the mobile, etc. But to no avail. Thanks.

Can you start with reinstalling the app by following the steps here?

Another useful step you can try is to download your playlist with a different internet connection to see if the issue gets solved.
