Not receiving my premium subscription

Not receiving my premium subscription

For about a month now I haven’t been receiving the premium subscription I am entitled to through my phone tariff with Vodafone. I spent the last 3 days on the phone to them and they assured me that everything was fine from their end so that must mean something is wrong with your records? Please advise me on what to do my subscription doesn’t end for another month at least

Hey @Harshraj,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
