[Other] Not changing Spotify plan

So whenever the payment method needs updating, Spotify seems to forget that I have a Spotify Duo plan and tries to sign me up for a Spotify individual plan. This had happened to me twice this year and it's very annoying. Instead of automatically trying to sign me up for an individual Spotify account, Spotify should be able to remember that I have duo and try to get payment and then ~~continue~~ the plan type I have.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
