Overcharging

Hi,

 

I have a family account which I'm being charged for correctly.

However, it looks like my details have been compromised and I'm being charged for multiple other accounts;-I've been charged 3 times in the last 7 days.

 

Can you please look into this for me please. No one is responding on twitter or the customer support messaging system.

Hey @atgsqwatz, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

It sounds like your card details have been compromised. In this case, it's best to reach out to your financial institution since they can take a closer look at the charges and do their best to help further. 

 

Regarding the response times from Customer Support, wait times may be slightly longer and your patience is greatly appreciated.
