¿Buenas noches, el día de hoy me cobraron mi plan dúo, quisiera saber si hago el cambio de plan al familiar, como sería el cobro?

I’ve moved your post from the Chat area to a relevant Help board, where it fits better, and I hope you don’t mind me replying in English.

 

When you change your plan from Premium Duo to Premium Family (following these steps), your billing will switch automatically, so you don’t need to cancel anything. As the plan manager, your new payment date will change due to the price difference between the two plans, and you can view your next payment date by logging in to your account page and scrolling to Your plan.

 

Your subscription plan will update to Premium Family at your next payment date, at which time the account of the other member of the old Premium Duo plan will revert to the free plan. You can then invite them (as well as other members of your residence) to the new Premium Family plan by following the steps in this support article.

 

Bear in mind that Spotify users must reside at the same address as the Premium Family plan manager in order to accept the invites to the plan. Note as well that members can only switch between different Premium Family and Premium Duo plans once a year.
