Pagamento duplicado com apenas um recibo

Olá meu pagamento é feito pelo débito, vence todo dia 22. Esse mês foi descontado dia 22 e no dia 25 o nubank me notificou outra cobrança no Spotify , mas na área de recibos só tem o recibo do dia 25. Mas no meu saldo foi debitado nos 2 dias . O que faço ?

Thanks for your post! We hope you don't mind us responding in English as this is the official language of the Community.

 

If your payment date is the 22nd, but you only see one receipt from the 25th this month it's possible that there were some failed payment attempts and the system managed to charge you a bit later than usual. If you've been charged twice (on the 22nd and 25th), you might have another Premium account with Spotify. We recommend checking out this article for more info on how to proceed.
