My Question or Issue

Hi everyone
So I am trying to get 3 month free premium trial which is available on my account but as I put my card info and OTP it just redirects and says “The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support.” and the support page just show 404 error. And I have tried my other cards as well, it keeps showing same error. All help would be appreciable.

There is some typo in the link address.
https://support.spotify.com/in-en/article/failed-payment-help/
use the above one, it has a list of banks that support recurring payments, which is a necessary requirement.

@DestroyerAce To start troubleshooting this, we'd recommend making sure that your payment methods have been issued in the same country as your Spotify account, that they has sufficient funds (even if it's for a trial) and that all details are correct. 

 

If everything is correct and you still have issues, you can try using an incognito window or waiting a few hours and then trying again.
