 Hello,

I've been using Spotify Premium since 2016. I am quite satisfied and glad to use it. But last 2 months I have had problem with payment. My subscription on auto-renewing. But 2 months ago, I couldn't enter my Premium account. It was on free mode.  So I registered again in some way, and it was solved. But after I realized on my credit card receipt, I saw 2 separate payment. One of them is ITUNES/BILL, the other one is Spotify P082128BE7. So I was paying 12.99 Turkish Liras and with the last came payment I also paid 13.99 Turkish Liras. So I paid 2 times 27 Turkish Liras for 1 premium account. How can I solve that? Its written on Spotify page, new members can't pay on Itunes. But I am old user. I will be waiting your help.
