My Question or Issue

The payment got deducted through UPI but my premium didn't get activated. Can anyone check what is the issue? I am attaching the screenshot too for further reference.

Hey @Shyam12, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

 

I'd recommend logging into your account overview page where you can see your account status. Then check the order history section. You can also click here to visit the page.

 

If your order is not showing up, you can reach out to Spotify chat support and let them know about the problem. They should be able to take it forward and suggest next steps.

 

If it was a subscription/recurring/e-mandate transaction, I'd also suggest revoking it from your UPI app in case the subscription has not been applied it will prevent further deductions.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

I checked in Spotify order history but it shows payment pending but I made a payment via paytm application and they said payment successfully completed from there end.
