Payment failed

Payment failed

I can not buy a premium account, I open a new account but it did not work, I get the error that payment failed.

Sorry to hear this.

 

Could you try subscribing to Premium using another device? Also, please do check your internet connection. 

 

If that doesn’t help, I would try using another payment method, to see if that does the trick.

I think possibly there is a block for non-payment.. I'd suggest reaching out to Spotify to see if this is the case or not they can check backstage too 🙂
