Payment failed

Payment failed

There is a notification saying that my subscription payment failed but I have enough money on my debit card. However, upon checking my card account a while ago, spotify already charged me for my subscription for this month.

Hey @YouWantApple, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

If Spotify has already charged you this month, could you try using your Premium features (Skip music, see if there is any ads, see if you can download offline)?

 

If those doesn't work, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

As of now, the premium features are still available.

UPDATE!!!

 

A while ago, I updated my payment method then the red notification disappered. So, I checked my bank account, the spotify charge me again for this month. Spotify charged me twice for this month!!!
