Payment issue

Hey team,

I need help regarding spotify premium payment failed. So what happened is that while I was paying in the upi method it I didn't received message pf the payment on my upi so I Cancelled the payment page and then after that message popped up in my phonepe app and I paid for the same and payment got successful but still premium account is not activated

Device- iphone 7plus, samsung galaxy A50

Os- ios and android

Sometimes it might take a few hours for those payments to go through. 

 

Can you let us know if the payment has managed to go through for you and your Premium got restored? If not, can you check the current status of your account on your account page?
