I'm trying to get the 3 monts free thing for Spotify Premium but every time I enter my card and click the green button that says to begin trial, a red box shows up and says the payment failed.

I've checked all the possible reasons with my card that it might not be working but there was nothing. If anyone knows what to do please help.

Can you try using a different payment method? I also recommend giving it a try on another device and/or in another browser.

I'm facing the same issue. I have tried different payment cards, browsers but no luck. Not letting me to buy 3months free offer. P.S- Trying premium for the first time.

We'd recommend going through the steps from this Support Article.

You can try using a different device/ network connection to try again. Also, make sure that recurring foreign transactions are allowed on your card.
