My Question or Issue
I am on the spotify premium family plan, and the payment did not go through this month because the credit card used to pay expired. I tried to pay again but none of my cards won't go through. I am currently overseas in the United States, is it possible the payment isn't going through just because I am in a different country? If that's not it, then why isn't the payment going through?

Hello @carmenb1999,

 

Unfortunately, to use Premium for Family, all the members of the plan must reside in the same physical address. You can always check other Premium offers here.
