Payment problems

I had spotify premium on my bank account,  and It worked fine for a while,  then I got a message it doesn't work anymore,  I tried to update payment info and it does not let me, keeps saying there is a issue with the bank.  I checked my bank account and my money is still in there, and they don't have any problems, I really like using spotify, any suggestions.

Could you try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t work, try using another device.
